Innovaite Information Technology CC is a 100% Namibian owned Customs Clearing agency founded in 2015 with a primary focus on integrating technology-based solutions into customs and excise clearing processes.
Our vision was established to offer tailored solutions addressing the specific operational and regulatory needs of the Namibian market. Initially started as a dedicated one-person initiative, Innovaite has developed into a dynamic, highly specialized customs clearing agency.
We are deeply committed to investing in and harnessing the talents of the younger Namibian workforce, reflected in our average workforce age of 26 years old. This energetic, forward-looking mindset drives our culture of speed, digital innovation, and relentless attention to detail.
Comprehensive import, export, and transit clearance for commercial cargo across all major Namibian land borders, sea ports, and air freight terminals.
Behind the paperwork is a team checking every invoice, valuation, and declaration long before goods reach the border, preventing delays and costly demurrage.
Rigorous review of values, tariff classifications, and supporting documentation fully synchronized with Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA) regulatory frameworks.
Custom software integrations engineered to match client workflows, going far beyond standard out-of-the-box clearing programs to give clients a decisive edge.
Rather than relying solely on generic commercial software, we build custom solutions meeting the exact operational realities of our clients in the Namibian market.
Check values. Confirm codes. Review supporting documents. Proper upfront preparation eliminates border bottlenecks, queries, and unnecessary penalties.
Teamwork sits at the center of everything we do. We move with consistency, accountability, and a genuine passion for high-velocity outcomes.
Behind the paperwork is a team that checks every detail long before it reaches the border. Accuracy, compliance and clear documentation are what keep the process moving without delays or surprises. At Innovaite we handle the fine print so your clearance stays smooth, consistent and compliant from the start.
Make sure your paperwork is up to date, accurate and aligned with NamRA requirements before dispatch. Check your values. Confirm your tariff codes. Review your supporting documents. The right preparation now prevents delays, penalties, and back-and-forth later.
Our people guide the work, support each other and keep our clearance process moving with consistency and accountability. Strong teams build strong outcomes, and we are proud of the commitment shown here every day.
Supporting local events like Vasbyt Namibia is part of who we are. It is where community, teamwork and passion come together, and we are honoured to be a part of it.
Reflecting on dignity, fairness and opportunity. We celebrate the strength, resilience and leadership of Namibian women shaping communities, building progress, and moving our nation forward.
